Embark on a New Leadership Journey

Our member base is actively involved in the leadership and stewardship of the entire organization. In this expanding network, opportunities to enhance your own leadership are frequent and beneficial. Entrepreneurs who want to become engaged in order to create an enhanced local, regional or global experience, are rewarded with leadership development and executive-education programs designed to make them leaders among leaders. EO provides a path to leadership that includes, among others, local committees, board positions, regional councils, global advisory task forces and committees in specialized functions. Even our Global Board of Directors is comprised entirely of members.

Member Review

It’s such an amazing peer-to-peer network, which allows you to access people on such a different level. Being a young entrepreneur and heading up a business is challenging.

There are very few people you can confide in and get input from, until you get to EO.

Frequently Asked Questions

EO is for entrepreneurs only, and that is part of what makes us unique. There are many business groups out there, but EO is the biggest and best dedicated exclusively to the entrepreneur. Launched by entrepreneurs, and lead by entrepreneurs for over 30 years. EO also has non-solicitation policy. Our members are here to learn and to better one another, not to sell. EO is truly a peer group by entrepreneurs, for entrepreneurs.

Entrepreneurs like you are hard at work in your local area, creating exciting chapter learning and social events, as well as special off-site activities, where you can hear and share big ideas, invest in the health of your community and become a better leader. The number of events a month vary by chapters, but most chapters range from 2-4 events per month.

The more you participate, the more value you get! If you participate in Forum, your commitment is once-a-month for an in-person meeting.

Each year, your chapter will conduct an annual requalification. If you sell your business or dip below the requirements, we have options for you to continue in membership.

Members of EO must be the owner, founder or majority stakeholder of a business earning a minimum of $1 million in the most recent fiscal year. Venture-backed companies must have either privately-raised funds of at least US$2 million or publicly-raised funds of $5 million, and a minimum of 10 employees.

EO is about helping you be more strategic in how you spend your time. EO is about helping you. Our mission is to help members obtain greater business success and enriched personal life. And the more you put into your membership, the more you learn to be effective and find balance in all facets of your life.

What is the value of a new connection or idea that completely changes your business? What are you willing to invest in yourself, and your growth as a leader? The ideas, support and connections you receive will more than cover the amount you spend. You’re paying to better your business and better yourself as a leader. More than half of our members have indicated that they are “members for life,” so clearly others find the investment worthwhile!

Below is a map of the Inland Empire. However, anyone can join the chapter no matter where you live or have your company. We have members from as far as Palm Springs, Orange County, Los Angeles, and the Philippines!
